A Slaughterhouse first: We’ll be staging the entire rally from one location, the Hilton Rosemont/Chicago O’Hare hotel.

We have a very reasonable group rate, and we highly encourage both out-of-town guests and Chicago-area locals to book a room to get the most out of the rally experience. Rides will start and end there, and most events — including the concours and awards banquet — will happen there. It’ll be a great hub for socializing, and you’ll save lots of time riding to and from events.

Our group rate is good from Wednesday through Monday and we’ll be hosting events Thursday afternoon through Sunday evening this year, so make a loooong weekend of it. if you’re coming from out of town, bring the family, they can hop on the train and check out the city while you ride!

Standard King and Standard Double rooms are available. Be sure to click the difficult-to-find “Edit Stay” button to choose the nights you’re looking for. If you are told the group rate is sold out, please contact us immediately, we can try to add more.

Parking

We’ll have a reserved scooter parking area in the hotel garage, free for all rally participants with wristbands.

If you need to park a car at the hotel, you can add $9 parking when you book your room… thats’ a huge discount over the usual garage rate.

If you’re bringing a large truck or trailer, we’ll have free off-site parking at the Rosemont Theater, just down the street. More details to come.

Registered hotel guests will get a SH31&MVD commemorative keychain… while supplies last!

Do I NEED to stay at the hotel?

No, of course not. But we’ve secured a great hotel at a great rate. You’ll get more out of the rally by staying at the Hilton; roll out of bed and be ready to join the fun. Most rides and events start, end, or take place at the hotel) Stay up late without having to worry about riding home. If you’re from out-of-town, it’s a no-brainer. If you live in Chicago, this is the staycation you deserve.

Rally staff will be at the hotel around the clock Thursday to Sunday, facilitating impromptu activities, late night gatherings, bike tinkering, and so on. Contingency plans (for rain, etc) will also center around the hotel.
